Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle, unless canceled in advance.
Renewal Notifications: Reminders will be sent to your registered email before your renewal date.
Payment: Renewal charges are processed using your preferred payment method on file.

Flexible Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting our front desk at (414) 909-2488.
Notice Period: Please provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Session Booking: Book your massage sessions in advance to secure preferred time slots. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Transferability: Subscriptions are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
Session Rollover: Unused sessions may NOT be rolled over to the next month. Expired sessions are forfeited.
Missed Appointments: Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in session forfeiture.
